Are you open 24 hours?

Not at the moment, this is a service based around hotel check-in and check-outs. You cannot leave items over night, it is on a short term basis only.​

Do you have any other locations?

​

One is currently in progress in the Levante area and should be available for bookings in the new year. Please email or complete the online form to advise of interest, and you will be contacted with any new information.

Do you have CCTV coverage?

​

All shower and changing areas are away from the locker area so it can have secure CCTV coverage at all times. Staff are only able to view footage, it is monitored by Movistar Prosegur.

Who handles my case?

​

All items are only touched by you. No member of staff has the need to come in contact with your luggage unless there is an emergency. There are safety doors into the premises and all customers are fully booked in and ID checked.

You cannot leave items for a friend, if you book in the luggage, you book it out.

​

Do you provide toiletries and hair dryers?

​

You can use your own toiletries, or shower gel/shampoo are provided for you to use.

Hair dryers are provided and there is a full changing room to make yourself look your best.

Payments

​

To have added security protocols in place, all bookings must be done online and ID checked upon booking. This stops any mal practice from individuals or criminal activity being carried out on the premises. Customer security and safety is number 1 priority.

Staff Refusal

​

Any persons being rude or disrespectful to staff will be asked to leave and appropriate action taken if needed. If you are too intoxicated to be left in a shower room unattended, you will be allowed to wait for your transfer but safety will always come first.

Safety and security

​

Local police actively carry out checks on the premises to ensure no criminal activity. Anything left on the premises is fully responsible to the person who handles the luggage. All CCTV will be handed over to police by Movistar Prosegur should any criminal activity occur.

We are based on Calle Atocha in front of the Hotel Andalucia. The number 2 bus from Levante or La Cala stops on Av Rey Jaime 1, less than 50m from the local.
