Cancellation Policy
Full refund with cancellations of 48 hours. Half refund up to 24 hours. Or the option to re-book for a later date, at no charge, subject to availability. Any persons too intoxicated to shower unattended, will be allowed to wait for their transfer but, for safety reasons will be refused that service. Anyone being aggressive towards members of staff will be asked to leave the premises. NO ALCOHOL to be consumed on site. There are multiple restaurants and bars in the area that you can do so legally. No drugs, explosives or any potential fire hazard to be left on site. Video surveillance is connected directly to the police for maximum security for staff and most of all for you, our customers. We are only open within the times stated, all luggage must be collected before 9pm daily. In case of emergencies, please call immediately to let us know.
